I changed my my plan and it's starting today. Could this be a problem?



next time when changing plans make sure to manually add funds to the total amount of the plan you wish change to. this is a common glitch that happens when autopay is used

The chatbot/ticket system is hit and miss, but the link you've been given is for a private message directly to a customer service agent.   If you don't get a reply in an hour or two check your private message Sent folder to make sure your message actually went.  If you don't see an envelope icon at the top right of this page indicating a reply, then click on your avatar and see if there is anything under Messages.  Replies are easily overlooked when there is no envelope (which depends on device).

I submitted the change a week ago on renewal. It's today

this is a very common problem after a plan change.

First reboot the phone once and then  try to click Reset All Networks

if same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent and they can refresh your account to fix it

@Naimedir  Did you change plan immediately and not on renewal ? If so try to reboot the phone and or reset network settings see if that helps . If same you can use this direct link to support to help
