Hi all,
I need to cancel my subscription as I have not been able to activate it due to an issue with not receiving the OTP code to my phone to "confirm for full access." I've browsed the forums and tried the workarounds suggested by other people but they have not worked. I've also reached out to the CS_Agent directly with no response received.
I'm at a point where I just want to cancel the subscription so I don't have to deal with this mess anymore... I don't even know how to do that from here.

I believe my subscription is active as I reach the screen shown below. I just can't do anything further as I'm not receiving a code and there is no option to get a code via email. Literally stuck with no recourse lol.

You need to complete your activation with the PM app. If you didn’t complete to steps 6 then you are not subscribed to a plan on PM.
Or if you are trying to access your account on Eversafe ID then you can click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent by email.

click Didn't receive code and check if you can have the code sent to your email
