I recently had to get a new phone but now I have now data. Voice works fine, wifi, Data is turned on in settings, it just won't connect. Blackview BV8800. I had no problems with my previous phone a BL6000 from the same company.
I'm trying to find out is a phone is compatible with public mobile, but the checker doesn't seem to be working. It's the Black view bv8800. I have the bv6000 and it works just fine but I wanted to check for this one. Specs for blackview as to connect...
It worked briefly on DuckDuckGo but not on anything else, which is why I clicked solved. Now it's back to not working. I can see 4G and the arrows flashing it just refuses to connect.
Everything works except mobile data. The Mobile data does work on my old phone(when IT works) but not on my new phone, I am at a loss as to why, everything should work.
