Try:

Delete the "Proxy" value.
Delete the "Port" value.
Correct the "MMSC" value. (http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc instead of http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mmsc)

Double check every other values, including blank ones.

It worked briefly on DuckDuckGo but not on anything else, which is why I clicked solved. Now it's back to not working. I can see 4G and the arrows flashing it just refuses to connect.

@TheMichstache

Make sure that you double check what Softtech's post about the APN Setting.  Just each individual line and make sure no typos.  Save the right settings.  It should work then.  Maybe reboot phone after saving settings.

Now it says I'm connected but the internet still won't work. I miss clicked it being fixed.

Everything works except mobile data. The Mobile data does work on my old phone(when IT works) but not on my new phone, I am at a loss as to why, everything should work.

HI @TheMichstache

your APN was not correct.  The line APN was wrong already

should be:

APN: sp.mb.com

Please update and follow exactly what I posted above

HI @TheMichstache

you said you have an older Blackview and your PM sim works there?

maybe your phone? do you have any friend using Telus or Koodo or PM? test their sim on your phone to make sure it is not a device problem

Switching network type didn't work either.

@TheMichstache

all fields are exactly the same as what I posted??  has to be very careful, a little typo could mess up the data

Also, try changing your network to 3G and test

Your new Blackview BV8800 has all the requied band for PM network and is compatible

Try to click Reset All networks and it should work

If not, it would be an issue with APN settings.  Please check and update as below:
