I'm having difficulties switching my eSIM from my old iPhone over to my new iPhone 15 Pro MAX. Tried a couple different methods and every time I'm getting this message: "Unable to Transfer Phone Number, Your phone number could not be transferred to this iPhone." Contact Public Mobile for assistance.

I still don't find that "Shop new sim option" in my PM App under Subscription & Add-on

Unfortunately you cannot transfer eSIM from phone to phone (at least not at PM).
That is why physical SIM is still little bit more superior than eSIM as long phone has proper SIM slot.

you cannot transfer an esim from old to new phone, you need to rebuy one
please download PM app on your new phone, login and go to Subscription & Add-on, scroll down to click on Shop new sim card and pick eSIM and buy and install there

@fredreimer You can't transfer an esim. You will need to go into your account and purchase a new one for the new phone/
