Overcharged, how to fix? Also, need invoices from 2022 and payment history filter does not work.

filter does not really work well, and they only have 12 months history too

you checked credit card and confirm it wasn't pending charge only?  If PM really charged twice,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
