Hi,
After I upgraded my plan, I can't view my previous payment history of my old plan. I need to download the invoices

hi there, you will need to ask a PM customer service rep to give you further dated invoices, you can contact them using this link:

@mom4 If you need more formal invoice and go back further then website / app will let you . Ask support to help
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .
