Hi,
When I first signed up for Public Mobile on September 12, I opted for a plan for new subscribers for 20gb of data, which included US calling & roaming. I received my SIM card in the mail today, and when I view my subscription in the app, there is no mention of US calling & data in my plan.
Why is my current plan different than the one Is signed up for? It doesn’t look like the plan I opted for before is available now. If it’s a timing issue (between the time I signed up and the time I received the SIM card in the mail) then could it please be rectified? I only switched service providers because the plan with Canada-US calling/data was better than my previous plan. Without that perk, I wouldn’t have made the switch.
If the plan I thought I signed up for is no longer available, is it possible to switch to the $35 50gb Canada-US calling, data & texts and only pay the difference of $5+tax? I only activated just now & haven’t even put in the Public Mobile SIM card into my phone yet.

hi @Pjayelle if you ran through the activation easier and PM chaeged you already, then you are locked into that plan already, even you have to wait for the sim ro come
please use the app to login and enter the sim card number to complete the subscription. You will see you get the same plan as you originally signed up for

@Pjayelle In your account check the payment tab it should give more details of the actual plan you have , also you could test to see if you have US roaming by trying to call a number in the U.S. to test that it’s correct . If still not right engage support to fix
