Not receiving incoming calls!

Hi guys!! 🙂 I did a number transfer yesterday, but for some reason, I can’t receive incoming calls?

Hi there, are other functions working such as sending/receiving texts?  can you call out and only cant receive incoming calls? does data work?

I would first suggest restarting your device, and then resetting networking settings within your phone settings.

@Judy31  Sounds like the port didn’t complete , did you reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? Leaving old providers sim in the phone ? And does old providers sim still work ? Is so this further confirms the ports didn’t complete . But no worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you . check your community in box for number

@Judy31 have you tried turning off and restarting your phone, this would be the first and easiest thing to try. Have you confirmed that your old SIM is no longer working?
