This morning I switched from Bell with e-SIM to Public Mobile with e-SIM. I have filled out everything including the account number from Bell to port my number over. I got the port authorization text message from Bell and replied with YES. Now my Public Mobile service is active, I have data, can send messages and make calls. But I can't receive text messages or phone calls. Please help, it's been over 6 hours now and waiting.
This morning, I switched from Bell to Public Mobile using e-SIM. I've completed all the necessary steps, including providing my Bell account number to port my number. I received the port authorization message from Bell and replied with "YES." Now my Public Mobile service is active: I have data, can send messages, and make calls. However, I'm unable to receive text messages or phone calls. It's been over 6 hours, and I'm still waiting. Please assist.

Hello, Can you please send me the number as well as I am also struggling with number porting.

@jburazin Once your bell service no longer works make sure the PM eSim is the primary and restart your phone. It should be working at that point. Only call the number back if something has gone wrong / doesn't work.

I called the number, the agent sent a port request. Then I called Bell and they completed the port authorization and have the confirmation. Do I need to call back the port number or wait for the service to update from Public Mobile?
