Hello,

I switched from Rogers to public Mobile a week ago and I still have this message

"This number is registered to your Apple ID, but is not associated with this phone. You can keep using the number for Imessage and FaceTime until it expires. "

I only have 24 days left, I was told this would resolve itself in 2-3 days. Can you please provide support?

@dotrobin

Are you able to receive phone calls and SMS texts to your iPhone on your Roger's number?  If you still have your Roger's SIM card, try putting in your phone and see if it still works.

Check your iMessage settings and see which phone number is associated with your account.  Is it the Roger's number?

@dotrobin  Try resetting network settings see. If that helps also make sure your iOS is up to date 17.1.2
