How to remove credit cart

Good afternoon, I transfer my number to koodo but Public mobile  still withdrawed money from my account. I didn't use public mobile anymore

Did you cancel your subscription?

Go in the app Subscription> Manage Subscription> Subscription Renewal> Unsubscribe.

If you didn’t cancel your subscription renewal, I doubt you’ll be able to get refunded unfortunately.

unusual..but not unheard of. Use this link to message Customer Support to request removal of payment info and refund. Let them know your name on account and phone number.
