I want to remove old and expired credit cards from my account. THIS SHOULD BE A SIMPLE PROCESS...WITH EVERY OTHER COMANY IT IS!! I have tried to submit a ticket for customer service. But it will not submit. I am frustrated and plan to cancel service ASAP, unless I get some immediate assistance.

Yes, it is very simple, not hard at all. You just need to ask PM to help to remove it

Go to payment then update payment and change your information for your credit card
