NEVER GOT THE SIM CARD

Useless service by the agents. I paid to have a sim card mailed to me, and it said to contact cs agent if its been more than ten days. The message I received was how they can't help with activation until I get my sim card. 

My question isn't about activation,

If you are in a rush, pick one up at your local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $10 or order from Amazon for $4.99 and sell or give it away to a family or friend. Tell them to use your referral code so they get a $10 credit to cover the cost of the SIM.

If you read all the posts about ordering a SIM from PM. Members have reported it could take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Canada Post snail mail.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a  private message   To CS_Agents
