I have been trying to update my payment method and it keeps saying “credit card validation failed. Try again” . How can I fix this ??? I have been trying all day!

I had this issue with my neighbor a few weeks back and was able to resolve it. First, I waited one hour after the last failed attempt. Then I opened the app and tried again. It failed again. Then, because her phone is an Android, I went into the app settings and cleared the cache and restarted her phone. I then logged in and tried again. 100% success. Give it a try.

@Sky16 Best to wait full 24 hours and try again with new web browser using incognito mode / private mode or from another device or even try the PM app instead . But if in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 / shell gas station and load the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about CC updating later

PM payment system is buggy sometimes
if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
