Sim card is not coming and my plan has been changed to 20GB to 10GB. Who do I contact?

I want to cancel and just get my money back. Who do I contact?

Hi @Wooo 

If you signed up for a 20GB account when ordering the SIM card, don't worry. Public Mobile will honor it. And it does take 3 weeks or so to get the SIM card in the mail. Don't quit just yet. Give it time for the SIM card to arrive. When it does, your account will be 20GB that you signed up for. A CS Agent will confirm this once you message them. Don't give up just yet. Lots of money to be saved here!!

SIM cards can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. About your plan changing you can submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.

@Wooo your plan cycle only start when your get the sim card and enter the sim number on the system

you can open ticket for PM to ask for update

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
Or you can get one from Telus or Koodo store so you can start the service earlier. Of course try to also support to reimburse you
