Hi. This is Yukyeong xx. Actually, I made a new account ( last time and I purchase a plan and I paid. I tried to transfer my number from Fido that I used to use before and also wanted to get a E-sim. But I couldn't get access my account and digit number through my previous number. 

I was in a hurry to use it, so I just made the other account ( and paid one more time and changed my number not a transfering. Finally, I m successfully using it. But I paid twice.

I wanna get a refund about this account ( and get rid of it. I still can't access my account and I m having a difficulty for getting answer several times.

I tried to contact thousand times but always said log in and cancel but I can't get access log in at all. cos I couldn't confirm my identity cos I couldn't get any digit code through the my  number.
