Looking to transfer my number, it asked for my IMEI number, and then got a SMS message to saying I put in the wrong ESN/MEID number, and that someone was going to contact me... they haven’t yet. @CS_Agent

No incoming voice calls

I’ve discovered that when people try to phone me on my cell they get a busy signal even though I am not using the phone. I can call out but nobody can call me. Evoelse is working properly including text messaging. How do I fix this?

Cannot receive calls from a landline

Cannot receive calls from a landline. I can call the landlines and all cell phones but the kandline gets a fast busy signal or a message saying cannot re route call. Started happening yesterday. Reset my phone just and case and network settings
