I just signed up yesterday to Public Mobile. My Transaction Summary confirmed that my selected $25 plan provided 1 GB of data at 3G speed. However, today I received a Confirmation email from Public Mobile stating that my $25 Plan only provides 500MB of data. This is not what I signed up for. Please correct this issue and provide the 1 GB as noted on your website Plan. Please send me a revised Confirmation email confirming this correction.

More, likely wrong, messaging from this company. Log in to your account and click the little spinner refresh icon lower down and see what shows for data and the description. I'm confident you'll see 1gb or 1024mb.
