Dear Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally complain about an ongoing issue with my subscription that has remained unresolved since January.
In January 2026, I changed my subscription plan. However, the new subscription has never taken effect. To this day, I am still being charged for and using my old subscription plan.
In my account, the new plan has consistently been shown as an "Upcoming Subscription" with an effective date set for the following month. Since January, this effective date has kept moving forward every month, and the new subscription has never actually become active.
Additionally, when I attempted to cancel my subscription, I repeatedly received the error message: "Oops! The request can't be processed."
Most recently, I selected the option to "Change Subscription Right Away." The system informed me that the request could not be completed, yet I was still charged $37.75. This is unacceptable, as I was charged despite the requested change not being successfully processed.
Given these circumstances, I request the following:
I have been dealing with this problem for over six months and have made multiple attempts to resolve it through my account settings, without success. I would appreciate your prompt investigation and resolution of this matter.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise me of the next steps as soon as possible.
