Just tried to access my main user profile to check my usage/bill. When I logged in it came back as something like "page does not exist" with a Telus url.Anyone had similar or know how to remedy?
Ive been emailed saying I'm being sent a new SIM card. I did not ask for one or try to activate a new one.Is there any way I can cancel it/be refunded my $12 dollars or whatever it costs I have no need for this one
Phone number Port over didn't work. Contacted old service provider and was told by them to contact public. Account is brand new, so I can't verify that I've spent money( because I haven't).Just want to talk to a human, no AI chat bot.
Still annoying that there isn't a phone number that I can reach, but that they can reach me. At the very least let me like leave a message or something and I can get a call back
