Ive been emailed saying I'm being sent a new SIM card. I did not ask for one or try to activate a new one.
Is there any way I can cancel it/be refunded my $12 dollars or whatever it costs
I have no need for this one 😛

Refunded what? If you were not the one purchasing, what makes you think you were charged? None sense.

no need to cancel. Just a glitch and PM sent wrong emails to number of users. Look like the order does not exist anyway.
Check your CC. If no charge, ignore the email
