Dear Public mobile team,
I just turned the subscription bottom off because I don't want it to be renewed automatically. Could you please confirm that it wont charge my credit card on December 30, 2024? Thanks

That should work @Saeideh1
But before you do this (if you're porting/moving services elsewhere), make sure you're not leaving any reward points on the table.
Log into your Rewards section on the self-serve site and choose from the available reward options, consider using that up before leaving. (if that's what you're doing)
If you are just temporarily not needing the service or manually paying using other means, and don't need auto-pay to occur, then you're good to go with what you've done.

@Saeideh1 , I suggest using the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket to have the credit card removed from the account as an added measure. From time to time, we do see reports of unsubscribed accounts being charged in error.

PM staff will not confirm that as they do not frequent this community.
If you turned off Subscription then PM should NOT renew your subscriptions (but glitches occur so you never know. if it will work or not as expected).

as long as SUBSCRIBED has been disabled, you shouldn't be billed until you re-enable it.
