Hi,
I have a new SIM I purchased a while ago and activated for my kid's phone. We subscribed for 2 months but didn't use it afterwards. I'm trying to get it back on now and I keep getting an "Invalid Sim" response when I enter the sim card numbers for activation.
Please help, thank you.

You might want to call 1-855-4PUBLIC to check on the account to see if it is suspended or closed.
The account will be closed if Subscribe button is disable. After 90 days of nonpayment. The account will be closed, SIM will be useless and the number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from. You CAN’T reuse the SIM that has been closed.
If the account is suspended. Call the number and make a manual payment with CC, debit card or vouchers to restore service.

Hello @IyanuO
Public Mobile SIM cards are sadly a ONE TIME USE only SIM card. You will need to purchase a new one.
If you need a physical SIM, Amazon sells them. Click on AMAZON for the link.
Or locations near you that have a SIM. TELUS STORES

You can't used a previously used PM SIM card. You will need to purchase a new physical SIM card. Or if your phone is eSIM compatible, you can activate with eSIM.
