Can't get phone call from my home phone

I try to call my cell phone through my home phone (provided by CIK), however the call can't get through.

Thanks all for your help. I figured out that my cell phone number is not local number. I need to dial 1 and cell phone number from my home phone. Cheers.

Did you leave your old SIM in your phone and waited for a text confirming you are porting over to PM?

If you missed this most important step in completing the porting your old number. You  will need to contact CS_Agent to complete the porting so your cell phone will have PM service.

Check if calls to that number are still going to the old provider.  That will continue to happen until porting has completed.

@ZhengguoTao , is this a new account and did you do a number transfer?  Number transfer can take a couple of hours to complete.
