Hi all, I appreciate all the help. My case is I paused the subcription to hold my phone number while I go abroad but I forgot to resume it within 90 days so now I lost my number. Is there anyway to get back my number?

Call the number to see if it rings. If it's in service or if somebody answers, you can't get the nubmer back.

Hi @Luna105
It depends. My first thought is no. If the number belonged to another service before, for example you ported it from another phone provider, it may have gone back to them. It's usually gone after 90 days. You can always reach out to a CS Agent and see if the number is still available.
