Im looking through public mobiles' new online website and under "all plans" the lowest one now is $40. Are the $10, 15, 25, 35 dollar plans not offered anymore? What does this mean for people who already have those plans?

Payment

I had auto payment set up on switched plans.  I double payed as I payed one month manually.  I don’t see any credit.  Will I get my one month back or credit.  I assume it doesn’t disappear.  I tried to open a ticket but it’s not working
