Hi, we signed up for a plan last March 2022. We were given 1GB extra data per month for 1 year. It’s not there or showing that it’s been there at all in history. Can you explain where it went and get it put back on? This is our daughter’s account and she now has basically no data.

1024 is your proper plan data. Can you click on all the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use private mode to view the page. It might show some different information. If you still see some plan data left and you don't see a promo box with that 2gb of data in it then it sounds like you simply never got the promo.
It states that she only has 1024 MB and only has 18 MB left for this month. Doesn’t renew till Dec 8th. We went back through all the months and no where does it state she even got the extra data. She tends to use her phone on wifi a lot so we didn’t really notice till she was streaming soccer today (from not at home) and she got the warning.
Are you saying you never saw it in the account from the beginning? What are the chances it's actually used up for this month? The mention of the data will disappear when used up. Then at the next renewal it will show up again.
1gb of data isn't a whole lot of data these days "for the kids".
