I have heard that if one is experiencing slow data speeds they should try to reprovision their SIM card.How is this done? Does transferring one's account to a new SIM do the trick?

Of-course I do have SMS MMS enabled - but what puzzles me me is that sms/mms texts are sometimes much delayed while iMessages seem to be delivered immediately - It could not be poor reception because iMessage does need PM data reception.

Common problem - I gave up on using SMS and MMS - I just use iMessage that takes very little data.

If you have AUTO PAY enabled you do have a problem. You can try contacting CS but some agents may give you problems because you don't have a pin # and also don't know your account #. I would suggest that you contact your Credit Card and stop payments...
