NUMBER TRANSFER TO OTHER NETWORK

I was charged for my prepaid number a day before my number transferred to other network. Can I get refund from Public Mobile and how?

Too late, sorry no refund because PM is a Prepaid plan.

Only Postpaid plans from top and mid tier carriers are prorated but the plans are more expensive.

@Romana sorry, PM is prepaid service and won't provide refund in such case.  You should have ported couple days ealier to avoid the charge

if you ported to Koodo or Telus, there is a chance they can do something on their end, but only for Koodo and Telus
