I have been a Public mobile customer for about five years, using the 25-per-month plan, but reduced to around 20+ dollars due to the referral incentive and royalty discount.
If I want to upgrade my plan (40 plan), will my referral incentive and royalty discount be gone? Do I still get an auto payment discount if I change to the said plan? If my reward remains after the changes, will I pay 35+tax with the 40 Plan?

hi @Wyeung1969 you will keep all the rewards saving even with new pla. Changing plan won't affect that
Make sure you pick Change on renewal date and not Change plan now

@Wyeung1969 changing plans will not affect your loyalty or referral or autopay rewards. Just don't change to the PUBLIC POINTS rewards system, cause it is not as good as the old rewards, plus you will lose autopay.
So go ahead and schedule a plan change. But do it on 'next renewal' so you don't change it right away. Cause if you choose 'change now' you will lose out on what you paid in this current cycle...no proating.
Yes, if you have $5 in rewards, the $40 plan will be $35 plus taxes.
