My account just got temporarily suspended but no indication how to resolve…help please

If your service is still working and your renewal date is tomorrow.
All members account will be suspended so don’t worry about it and will clear up tomorrow.
If your service has stopped then you need to make a payment to Activate your account.

Was payment due earlier today? If this was the case but payment wasn't made (or the process failed), you will need to apply a manual payment to your Public Mobile account.

@Chris4155 , are you on autopay and do you use credit card payment? If so, then just do a manual top up and use the reactivate feature to restore the account to active status. If you use vouchers then you will need to top up with a voucher payment and do the same to reactivate the account.
