Hi I ported over to PM from freedom and can't recieve any calls and only some texts since doing so. Can someone help me with what I can do?

Are you sure you did the port correctly? Because that is usually the problem. If not try rebooting the phone and reset network settings. If that does not work then you might need to submit a ticket for support.

@Meilee hi did you leave old sim in your phone to receive transfer request you must respond yes to the text within 90 minutes or your port will fail

Did you leave your freedom sim in your phone to receive the confirmation text to port out?
