HI @sszz06
then, I think it is best to open ticket with CS agent and ask them what happneed
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Still same thing when I login use a laptop.

Hi @sszz06 try to clear cache and restart browser first, then re-login and check if the plan details shows the new plan that supposed to take place today
or use Private or Incognito mode

Weird. My scheduled plan change didn't happen. I am still in $40 plan, and the plan change was postponed to next month.
11-27-2022 06:51 PM
Awesome, now one only opes it stays like that for the full 15 months
11-27-2022 06:50 PM
I got it.
On immediate plan change
11-27-2022 06:48 PM
I have not fully figured out how to get back to these conversations on this site....
Waaa waaa... lol
11-27-2022 06:46 PM
I was replying to someone else, but like I Said site was not designed well and it's very hard to see that I was responding to someone else so do not feel too bad. I would like some bravos though. That makes me feel at least temporary happiness 🙂
11-27-2022 06:44 PM
Lol...I was not brave enough!!!
Call me chicken...
I went the immediate change route as i did not wish to gamble.
That definitely works
Lol
11-27-2022 06:42 PM
Yeah, we feel the pain. The "new and improved" site that was actually a step backwards. Bad design where unless you are technically savvy, it will be hard to navigate. The site should be designed in a way so that even people not technically savvy can easily use it.
11-27-2022 06:38 PM
Thank you all for your help...
My wife and i spent a number of frustrating hours trying to navigate the site....
And the chat bot was horrible...
11-27-2022 06:27 PM
You will be the first one I know of who will be able to test out the scheduled plan change. Thank you for the bravery 🙂
11-27-2022 06:26 PM
@sszz06We'll be interested to see what happens when your scheduled plan change takes place. Please keep us posted!
11-27-2022 06:19 PM
And thus, this is why I have now asked them directly. To either allow me to screenshot the conversation proving or disproving of this, or for them to make an official announcement so this can be put to bed.

I just scheduled to change plan. It is tomorrow. Let's see if the 20 credit can be applies.
11-27-2022 06:17 PM
What is provided photo proof?
Thanks
11-27-2022 06:15 PM
Thank you
I will try this.

The $35/20GB for 15 plan cycles has not been extend for existing customers. It was always only meant to be for new activations. I wish everyone luck who tries to get it, but Public Mobile has not given any indication that existing customers are eligible for this promotion.

Thank you!!!

I would not have said hope if you were signing up a new account.
Log in to your account, plan & add-ons, change plan, click orange buttons to find $55 plan, enter promo code.
Doing an immediate plan change needs to be paid. Autopay is only used at renewal.

In the Plan Change field, near the bottom, there are 2 options.
Immediate plan change and on next renewal. Normally, we ALWAYS recommend next renewal because you forfeit what's left on your current cycle, however if this method at attaining the promotion only applies to immediate plan changes, then one will need to make the choice.

Interesting history lesson @dust2dust !!
I hadn't put it together that it related to actual vehicle mileage variances in the old days. Kinda like those window sticker mileage ratings - under certain driving/road conditions. Though, I had heard that manufacturers had to change the ratings in recent years due to preferred testing methods which amped up the supposed mileage compared to real-world situations.
🤣

HOPE.... LOL 😆
When i tried to change plan earlier it stated
I did not have enough funds in account...
I have auto payment...
So how does this work??

Where do i go for
Change plan now

Your Mileage May Vary. Old car marketing disclaimer about claimed mileage of the vehicle. Used here to mean you may have different results.

That was me. And yes it was successful with provided photo proof. But that was for change plan now. Not known about change at renewal

@Davidolivia wrote:What is ymmv
"your mileage may vary" used for saying that someone might have a different experience in a particular situation 🤣
