Not sure why, data usage is never update since I switched to 4G package. Last month I even used up my 1.5G addon data, which I always keep as back up. This is no good.
Has anyone experienced the same issue?

I had this exact issue last month. Spoke wit a customer service rep. They said that the webpage is showing in correct data a times and my package was still valid. I would either wait a couple days then check again or reach out to customer service and ask if your self-serve is accurate.

With this new My Account site, you might be still reading off the cached version, so the usage you got was not up to date
An easy way is to click the Spinner on the bottom right of the section to force a refresh.
If you don't see an updated usage still, try to login My Account using Incognito mode (or InPrivate for Edge, Private for Safari) or try again with a completely different browser like Edge/Firefox/Chrome. You should then see the latest usage from the server.
