Auto payment and no promised data

Data stopped working in California US on 2022-07-06

Purchased add-on for US travel (talk + data).  Data was working from 2022-07-03 to 2022-07-06 then it stopped.  Verified that there is still unused data in the plan.  Purchased extra 200MB add-on.  Talk and text works.  Thanks!
