I have tried to change plans while making my payment to renew for 30 days and it will not let me.  I want to change to the $40 for 30GB.  I made sure there was plenty of extra funds but it still will not allow me to change my plan.  How do I have this fix

Hi @cynichael It says right there... new customers only. If you want the plan bad enough, you could always port out your number to somewhere else and then port back in as a new customer. If you are on the Legacy Rewards system, I would advise against it. If you're on the new point system and have been here less than 2 years, I would do it.

HI @cynichael 

did you use Change Now or Change on Renewal?

and you really want to use Change Now to have it take effect today? The remaining days on your current plan will not be prorated refund back, so, you kinda loss money that way

if you really want to Change now, try again using Incognit/Private/Secret mode on your browser

if you still cannot change plan, please submit ticket with CS agent and they can help
