what perhaps should be mentioned is that none of us here are public mobile staff – we are all just other customers like you.

We don’t have access to your account to give you specifics of the plan you have selected, and thus your data allotment particulars.

@Bwong2  PM is pre paid you can only use what you paid for what plan are you on ? Check your usage like this 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
