@CS_Agent Hi, I purchased three separate data add-ons earlier this month is preparation for a vacation trip, but during the trip I was not able to use any of the add-ons and was forced to change my plan to a higher data allotment plan to be able to use data. I'd like to receive a refund for the three add-ons that I did not use since I only used the data from the new plan that I purchased. I tried submitting a ticket about this issue, but I kept getting error codes when clicking the link that I was given through the chat feature over the past two weeks.

was that a US raaming? usually it will work if you can connect to T-Mobile or AT&T.
But f you really cannot use it, agent usually able to put the fund back to the account. Please submit ticket with agent here:
