I can’t call or receive messages on my phone. Keeps giving out message that it’s not set up for US calls? I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving

try rebooting your device and resetting network connections.
EDIT: is your network connections possibly picking up a US tower if you happen to be close to the US/Canada border? Can you manually select public mobile from the list of available carriers?
