I just checked my account overview to make sure I still had data on my plan left and I did, so I'm confused why this morning when I was attempting to use my data it simply wouldn't work. I had 5G in the corner of my screen and full bars for cell connection but nothing would load, not youtube, not Discord, not safari. I even tried restarting my phone but the issue persisted. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

check if any outage in your area
https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages
if no outage reported, then make sure you do not have limit enabled with your mobile data
and also, try Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
