Switch to a plan that will be discontinued

I set up a change (on my next renewal on Oct 19) to the 90 day, 60GB, $102 plan.  The website now says that plan will end on Oct 2.

I know if I’m on a discontinued plan I’ll be “grandfathered” but what about a pending change?

Will my change request be honored even though the plan will no longer exist on the change date?


@Lonetreejim  Smart your good to go no worries and yes only $7 will show up for first starting 90 day plan you will get the $7 every 30 days and at the end of 90 days have $21 for following renewal @Lonetreejim

I took screen shots of both pages.

Everything looks in order except only one $7 credit is showing on the upcoming payment rather than the $21 credit (90 day) I expected.  I presume that will be sorted out?

@Lonetreejim  Yes it will be be honoured to be safe you can also take screen shots of the upcoming plan change and from in the payments tab too and that more then enough proof should something go south on renewal day 





did you take a screenshot about the pending change?

if you login to My Account, does it still show the pending change or does it show on the Upcoming payment page?

Wait till the renewal and see if the plan change happens.  Usually PM will honour the scheduled change even the plan is off the shelf.  If no plan changes on renewal, you can open ticket with PM support and they likely can apply it back for you manually:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
