No change…are you on AutoPay?
There could be a glitch so login to your account and check if AutoPay is enabled.

Mine failed this month also and has been fine before as I have always been on autopay with the same credit card. From what I have read it just does that sometimes. I just went into my account and hit tge button that says reactivate. Not sure if it's a glitch but it seems to have fixed it for now.

Did your renewal fail?
There is no changes in CC usage so far
What kind of issues do you have? Little bit more info is needed.

@Anniesue A few more details would be helpful so that people can narrow in on what the problem is. Did autopay fail? Is it renewal day and your account says "Suspended" (this is normal and if your service is still working ignore it.) Did your card expire? Are you adding a new one?
