Hello, Can anyone please guide me how to solve this issue?
I was offered third month free when I signed up but it's not showing up in my account. I contacted customer care and they are saying there were no offers like that, Basically lying even though I have a proof. Please follow below link for more information. I moved from fido to public and this is what I got.

@Part Since you already submitted ticket ask for the situation to be escalated to senior staff to have a look into it and hopefully they will credit you back what your owed

they usually add the credit couple days before your 3rd month renewal.
But you can ask PM to check.
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
