voicemail unavailable

When I hold the 1 it says ''voicemail unavailable'' and it says to go to menu-settings.When I go to the settings and there is nothing relevant that can resolve the issue? Whats going on I need my voicemail! What to do??

I made a payment to my account.

Cannot make payment despite habing available funds

I have been trying to reactivate my plan using the available funds in my account but I cannot do it. I get the error "Your account has already enough balance" and it won't let me go thorough.What can I do?
