Public Mobile website has been slower, but just try both options of SMS and email and be patient, should work.

public mobile changed their website so that it keeps redirecting to a new link with telus and that is the reason this problem is happening.

@Felixbthe1 , login to the self serve uses 2FA. A code is sent either via SMS or email and it's required to complete the login.
