HI @sabrebry   PM is a prepaid provider and service will be suspended when payment is not made.  Honest, many people have reason for not paying and how can PM know if the reason is valid.   Again, PM is a prepaid provider

can you still login to My Account and change to another credit card?

can you buy a voucher with cash?  you can go to a store like Shoppers drug mart and buy voucher with cash

You can buy vouchers in lots of stores. You can do real time payments in a few stores. Not sure what might be open during these days though of course.

You can enter the vouchers in with 611 or even the chatbot system.
