I purchased 5 g data before public mobility said that they would give us 2 gs free. Just wondering if I can get credit for the days that I got bc we had no power and my cell is the only phone I had that I could use and keep updated about the storm.

what is that $75? one can always move up an down plans whenever they choose. just make sure to have the available funds loaded onto the account before the plan change. I think there's still a $55/20gb plan. one can easily change to that plan for 30 days and then downgrade afterwards. ask customer support to switch you to that plan and credit the remaining balance to your account

@llthompson00 you upgraded to a plan with 5GB? PM is a prepaid provider and in plan upgrade like this, I don't think they can do anything. And a reminder, you might want to schedule a plan change to downgrade the plan on next renewal if you do not need that much data

@llthompson00 were you able to apply the 2GB Fiona promo onto your account ok? You need to go add it yourself through My Account.

You cannot get credit for no service days but PM is giving 2GB of data for customers from areas affected by Fiona.
If you are from that area you should receive SMS from PM with the code to apply to your account.
