@Olena25 - is that what the new provider said? If they told you to come to public mobile what did they say the issue was?
If your account is still Active with Public and if you did not receive any information from your new provider about what could be delaying anything, best to check with them. As the new provider should be handling the details for the new port.

contact the new provider to check it for you, if you answer to sms yes it'e will be within 10m to 1hr the port out.

Is this account active? Did you leave this sim in to confirm the transfer text within 90 minutes of attempting?
