Can I use the foreign bank account to register the Public Mobile plan

I only have the foreign bank as my default payment. Can I use it as my payment to the Public Mobile. As far I used, the system notify me as "please change another payment method."

Unfortunately, Public mobile only accepts credit cards and VISA debit/Mastercard debit card from Canadian banks. 

If unavailable, you could purchase a prepaid VISA or Mastercard.
